Position Overview
As the Marketing Manager, Demand Generation and Events at Observo AI, a seed-stage company preparing for its Series A, you'll play a crucial role in accelerating our growth trajectory. This is a hands-on role where you'll design and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement, working closely with sales, product marketing, and engineering teams. You'll be responsible for testing new marketing tactics, optimizing the customer funnel, and rapidly scaling efforts. We're looking for a proactive marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and can leverage data insights to make strategic decisions that directly impact our growth. This role is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute event marketing strategies
- Lead digital paid and organic campaigns
- Oversee SEO, email & newsletter marketing
- Analyze and report on campaign performance
- Manage tools such as HubSpot, SEMrush, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in event/growth marketing or a similar role, ideally within a SaaS company.
- Proven ability to manage B2B marketing campaigns focused on demand generation, customer acquisition, and business growth.
- Proficient with tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and analytics software.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on making data-driven decisions and identifying trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, skilled in crafting engaging content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of PLG and ABM strategies.
- Experience or familiarity with industry-leading tools and platforms in security and observability [Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, Cribl, etc.].
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields.
